Supplied glazed or as frames only, for collection from Pyle or delivery.
VEKA M70 windows
Casement, tilt and turn, fixed and bay in 55, 67 and 80 mm outer frames. Compatible with MACO, Yale, DGS, Nico, Fullex and Millenco hardware.
VEKA Imagine vertical sliders
Sash windows with horns, Georgian bars, deep bottom rails and 155 or 200 mm cills.
VEKA Imagine patio doors
Two, three and four pane inline sliders, internal or external slide, low threshold option.
Smart Visofold bifolds
Thermally broken aluminium, panels to 1200 × 2500 mm, any RAL colour, dual colour.
Smart Visoglide sliders
Sashes to 2500 mm and 250 kg, 83 mm interlock, inline or lift-and-slide.
Colour
Variations foils on PVCu; RAL powder coat on aluminium.

How to order
Send sizes and specification
Email knm_ltd@outlook.com or use the quote form. For each item: width × height in mm (say whether frame or brick size), product, opening configuration viewed from outside, colour inside and out, glass, cill and hardware.
Written quotation
We return a written quotation with the configurations drawn, and the lead time for the order.
Confirm
Check the drawings, sizes and colours, and confirm. Payment terms are on the quotation.
Fabrication
Frames are made at our factory in Pyle and inspected against the order.
Collect or deliver
Collect from Village Farm Industrial Estate, or ask about delivery within South Wales.
Lead times and support
Lead times depend on the product, colour and current workload, so we quote them per order rather than promising a number that might not hold. White PVCu is generally quickest; foiled colours and powder-coated aluminium add time for finishing.
If something is not right on site, call us. Because we make the frames, we can usually resolve a query with the person who made them, and the factory is a short drive from most of South Wales.
Specification options
All systems are fabricated to the systems house specification, with their tested hardware, so PAS 24 and thermal performance figures remain valid. Glass units are specified per order: double or triple glazed, low-E, solar control, acoustic, obscure or decorative. Georgian bars, leaded units, trickle vents, integrated cills, bay posts and couplers are all available.

Trade questions
How do I get a trade quotation?
Email your sizes and specification to knm_ltd@outlook.com or use the quote form. For each item give the width and height in millimetres, the product and opening configuration, colour inside and out, glass specification and any hardware or cill requirements. We return a written quotation, usually with the configurations drawn so nothing is ambiguous.
What information should I send with my sizes?
For windows: width × height in mm, whether the size is the frame or the brick opening, the opening arrangement (which lights open and how), colour inside and out, glass, and cill. For doors: structural opening width × height, number of panels, which panels open and to which side viewed from outside, threshold type, colour and glass. Photographs or drawings help. What are your lead times?
Lead times depend on the product, colour and the current workload, so we quote them per order. Standard white PVCu is generally quickest; foiled colours and powder-coated aluminium take longer because of the finishing stage. Ask when you request your quotation and we will give you a realistic date.
Is there a minimum order for trade customers?
We do not publish a minimum order. Single frames and small jobs are welcome; ask us and we will quote.
Can you supply frames without glass?
Yes. Trade customers can order frames unglazed as well as fully glazed. Tell us which you need when you send your sizes.
Can I specify my own hardware?
The VEKA M70 is compatible with locks, hinges and handles from the major manufacturers, including MACO, Yale, DGS, Nico, Fullex and Millenco, so trade customers can usually specify the hardware they already use. On the Smart aluminium systems the hardware is part of the tested system; handle styles and colours can be chosen.
How do payment terms work?
Payment terms are set out on the quotation and depend on the size of the order and whether we are supplying only or supplying and installing. Please discuss them with us when you accept a quotation.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We are on Village Farm Industrial Estate in Pyle, just off Junction 37 of the M4, and homeowners and trade customers are welcome to see products and how they are made. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm; please call first so someone is free to show you round.
