Made in Bridgend, from profile to finished frame
Everything we sell is fabricated at our factory in Pyle. Here is what happens between your sizes arriving and the frames leaving.
How an order is made
Five stages, one factory
Sizes and specification
Trade customers send sizes and specifications; for homeowners we survey the openings ourselves. Every item is confirmed in writing on the quotation, with door configurations drawn.
Cutting and welding
VEKA PVCu profile is cut to length, reinforced with steel or aluminium and welded at the corners, then the welds are cleaned. Smart aluminium profile is cut, machined and mechanically jointed.
Glazing and hardware
Sealed units are made to the specified glass, and hinges, locks, handles and rollers are fitted to the tested system specification, so PAS 24 performance is preserved.
Inspection
Each frame is checked against the order for size, colour, opening arrangement, operation and finish before it is wrapped.
Collection, delivery or installation
Trade frames are collected from Pyle or delivered. Homeowner orders are installed by our own team, who make good afterwards.
Two materials
PVCu and aluminium under one roof
Few fabricators of our size make both materials. Working with PVCu and aluminium means we can recommend the right material for each opening rather than the one we happen to make: the VEKA M70 for windows, the Imagine for sash windows and patio doors, and the Smart Visofold and Visoglide where the span or the sightlines call for aluminium.
Both systems houses test their products as complete systems, so we build to their specifications and use their approved hardware. That is what keeps the PAS 24 security rating and the thermal performance figures valid on the frames we deliver.

What we can make for you
Casement, tilt and turn, bay
M70 frames in 55, 67 and 80 mm outer frames, with bay posts and couplers.
Vertical sliders
Imagine sash windows with horns, Georgian bars and deep bottom rails.
Bifold and sliding doors
Visofold bifolds to seven panels; Visoglide sliders in inline or lift-and-slide form.
Colour
Variations foils on PVCu; RAL powder coat on aluminium; dual colour on both.
